Windows Phone 8.1 is being rolled out now for registered developers.
Registered Windows Phone developers can now start downloading the update on their devices,but if you’re not a developer there’s still an easy way to get Windows Phone 8.1
Steps:-
1) Sign up to be a Windows Phone developer at App Studio for free using the Microsoft account associated with your phone.
2) Get the Preview for Developers app from the Windows Phone Store .
3) Run the app and sign in with your Microsoft account.
4) Check for updates (Settings > Phone update > Check for updates) and download/install any that are available.
5) You’ll have an update to download and install before Windows Phone 8.1 shows up if you’re downloading the Preview for Developers program for the first time.
Cortana digital assistant is among the new features coming to Windows Phone 8.1. Though, most of Windows Phone 8.1 features will be available worldwide except the Cortana
